Delivery is via Royal Mail or courier Orders over £30 are sent by recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt.The ‘free shipping over £50’ offer only applies on orders within Mainland UKIn the event that a package was unable to be delivered to the supplied address, and held in a depot it is your responsibility to collect the item before it is returned to us. We can redeliver the package but for an additional postage fee. Should you request a refund instead, we will happily refund you, minus the postage fees incurred in the first delivery attempt.

Guarantee We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in a saleable condition. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Items not returnable: made to order (bespoke or customised), piercing products such as pierced earrings, Sale or clearance items.
Faulty Goods Please just contact us and return the goods, we will either refund in full (including postage fees), or replace the faulty item.
