We aim to deliver your goods to you in 3-5 days of receipt of your order. If your order is likely to take longer than this then we will contact you.

we have tried to keep the cost of postage and packaging to a minimum whilst still retaining a safe and reliable delivery service.

Orders over £30
are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt.
Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods.

Stock availability
If the item you want is out of stock you will be contacted via your email address to give an accurate delivery date or advise on an alternative item.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note. We regret that piercing products, such as earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Postage and shipping charges on returned purchases are at the customer’s expense. Please note that when returning an item the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend using registered delivery.

Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or if an error has been made on our part. On receipt of the goods we will reimburse you for any shipping charges incurred in returning the goods with a valid receipt. All shipping receipts must be included with the original goods.

If you live within the EU, this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
