Goods must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note. We regret that piercing products, such as earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.Postage and shipping charges on returned purchases are at the customer’s expense. Please note that when returning an item the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend using registered delivery. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or if an error has been made on our part. On receipt of the goods we will reimburse you for any shipping charges incurred in returning the goods with a valid receipt. All shipping receipts must be included with the original goods.
